Q: Do you take international order?
Sorry, we don't. We only accept Singapore orders since we do not have paypal. 

Q: I am looking for an item but it is not listed on the site. Do you sell it? 
If the item you are looking for is not on the site, please contact us via email or twitter. We will check it for you. 

Q: Can I pay only when my items arrived?
I'm sorry, no. We understand that you might feel unsafe if buying from us for the first time. However, all payments have to be done before I can carry out the ordering. 

Q: How long do I need to wait for the items to reach me?
Items will reach us 1-2 weeks after we have placed our order. (For postage customers) Items will be posted out to you after all items have been packed, which would take approximately around three working days. 

During the holiday seasons, please note that it may take a little longer than usual for your item to be processed. We seek your understanding. 

Q: In which cases am I eligible for a refund? 
Full refunds will only be issued when the item you have pre-ordered from us, turns out of stock. No refunds will be given if you have transferred the money but decided to back out suddenly or if you have made a mistake in the order, and failed to notice it before the order batch closes.

Q: Where do you get the albums and merchandises from?
We get our items from our supplier directly from Korea. 

Q: Where do I sent my concealed cash payment? 
Address will be sent to you after your order have been confirmed. Please sent in the order form first. 

Q: I see other blog shop selling the items at cheaper prices out there. Why is that so?

Items are shipped to us via EMS which is expensive and a much quicker option.
