3. Make Payment (Include postage fee if you opt for postage.)
We accept payments through bank transfer, internet banking, cash deposit and concealed cash which is entirely at your own risk.
Bank Transfer/I-Banking: All payments to be transferred to POSB 050-79087-8 (Please do not throw the receipt away in case there's a need for verification!)

Cash Deposit: You can head down to any POSB cash deposit machines if you do not have a bank account. Please round up the amount as the machine does not accept denominations of $2 and $5. Excess amount will be refund to you.
Concealed Cash: Submit the order form and wait for out confirmation email. Address will be given then. We strongly advise you to wrap up your payment with a few sheets of paper/magazine paper so that the payment will be seen through the envelope when it is help up to light.

5. The status form will be updated once your order has been confirmed. Please wait patiently for your items to arrive, it usually take around two weeks.
6. An SMS will be sent out regarding meet up. Postage will be posted out once your items have been packed. For registered articles, tracking number will be updated on our status form.

* The labels on every post will tell you what kind of a item it is. For example, Official Merchandises, Albums.
1. Albums
Albums are assured to be all brand new and sealed. All albums are official and will be counted towards the music charts (Oricon, Hanteo, Gaon etc). Nothing will be taken out from your album, you will receive everything that is included.
2. Posters
Albums with posters are subjected to availability and may go out of print anytime. As posters are meant to be limited free gifts, no refund will be given if your album does not come with poster.
3. Refund
Full refund will only be given when the item you have ordered from us turns out out of stock or is no longer in print. Otherwise, apart from special cases, no refunds will be given in the process of purchasing.
4. Postage Services:
Items that are damaged or lost in the midst of reaching you are not our responsibility. We strongly encourage customers to opt for registered mail since normal postage have the risk of getting lost and we will not be responsible for any lost mail.
All parcels will be post out within three working days after the items have reached us. For registered articles, tracking number will be updated in the Status Form. Speed of delivery is determined by the post office and not us.
